Canadian, US & International Sales
We would like to offer our products to the world, however due to the nature of the products we sell, we have to take extra steps to ensure that we are not violating international law. Customers from Canada and the United States can place their order and it will be fulfilled automatically, customers outside of the Canada and the US will need to Send Us An Email first so that we can ensure that we are able to export the product they are interested in buying.
Return Policy
We are not strangers to the harsh stare of a disapproving spouse and have spent many a night on the couch, regretting that we did not know that her favourite colour is chartreuse, wishing that there was some way of fixing things without digging too deep a hole in the ammo fund. To you we offer the option of either exchanging for another size or colour (except for chartreuse, we are ideologically opposed to any colour that requires a dictionary to ensure that the spelling is correct) or refunding 100%of your purchase price.
- Please note that the return policy does not extend to custom orders (engravings or other special orders).
- Please notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of order shipping.
- Items to be returned/exchanged must be in new condition with original packaging, manuals etc.
- You are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
Order Shipping
Orders are shipped within 5 business day. We stock most items on our site, items that are not usually stocked are marked as special order/special shipping – In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfill you order within 5 days you will be notified and given the option of an immediate refund.
Canadian Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping within most of Canada. All Canadian orders will be shipped via Fedex or Canada Post, delivery is usually within 7 business days.* If there is an item that you need urgently, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you get your items asap.
US and International Shipping
We Offer International Shipping on all items that can be legally exported from Canada. We will work with the customer to ensure that their purchases can be shipped in the most cost effective and expedient manner. Customer is responsible for ensuring that the item being purchased can be legally imported in their respective county.

Payments
We accept payment by Credit Card, Electronic Money Transfer and Bank Transfer. For payment by credit card, we do not accept third party credit cards, only the owner of the card can use it as a payment method. By using a credit card you certify that you are the owner of the card and authorize all charges.
